MEET THE FOUNDER & CEO
Kimberly O'Neal
I am married to my best friend, Corey O'Neal, who is also my Co-Founder, and we've been blessed with nine wonderful years together. Together, we are raising two amazing boys, Brayden and Gavin.
My postpartum journey was a life-changing experience—one that came with deep challenges, but also incredible growth. It was during that season that God opened my eyes to a greater purpose. What began as a personal struggle became the catalyst for a calling: to support, uplift, and equip other mothers walking similar paths.
That calling led to the creation of Modern Day SAHM—a platform rooted in faith and built to empower stay-at-home moms. Our mission is to help moms support their families financially while also prioritizing their mental well-being and sense of self. Having experienced the emotional weight and isolation that often comes with motherhood, I know firsthand how important it is to have a space to breathe, grow, and reconnect—not just with yourself, but with the One who created you.
Each day, I show up with the belief that this work has purpose far beyond business—and I’m honored to walk it out with the moms who are part of this community.
